Terms

Terms of Service

Last updated 18 September 2026.

These terms govern your use of the website at sourcenode.co (the “site”) and the content on it. Services for clients are governed by a separate written agreement; where the two conflict, the client agreement applies. By using the site you accept these terms.

1. Use of the site

You may browse the site and use its content for your own information and to evaluate our services. You may not copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of it, use automated tools to extract its content, interfere with its operation or security, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Content and figures

The site describes our services and shares results from live client engagements. Figures such as share of voice, visibility, citations and retrievals come from our own tracking at the date stated and change over time as the AI models refresh. They describe past work for a specific client and are not a promise of results for any other brand. Content is provided for general information and is not legal, financial or professional advice.

3. Third-party platforms

Our work involves reading and influencing answers produced by third-party AI systems such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and Perplexity. We do not control those systems, their outputs or their terms. Names and logos of third parties shown on the site belong to their owners and are used to identify those platforms, not to suggest endorsement.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its text, graphics, code and the SourceNode name and mark are owned by SourceNode or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, other than as allowed in section 1.

5. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when a written agreement is signed. Information you send us is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Links

The site may link to third-party sites, including our measurement dashboard and partner sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, your inability to use it, or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SourceNode is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes about the site are subject to the courts there. Client agreements state their own governing law.

9. Contact and changes

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page on sourcenode.co. We may update the terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
